I don't really know the law in this case, but I would think that if you have your own apartment after getting separated, that this is not his domain and he's not allowed in unless you want to let him in. Especially if he pushed his way in, you have reason to file something. If he didn't get in, I'd think it's more of a grey area. How violating! I'm sorry he's being such a jerk.
