Hello, I am hoping someone can help me with some questions I have. I am going through a divorce at this time, I have a small child and currently reside in the home we purchased together last year. I have not received any support from the father, instead he has forced his way into the house in order to take showers etc. He doesn't stay the night but he eats my food, uses my laundry etc and has yet to give me a dollar for child support.
I am trying to get a new room mate so I don't lose the house and I want to know if I have any rights to keep him out of this house! He comes over and yells at me for a few hours and leaves. It's getting out of control.
In the divorce agreement I will get the house. Do I have any rights to keep him out while we are waiting for the divorce to be final?
Thanks
T
