I am taking care of this 80 yr old man who is very ill he is getting a divorce his wife left him the court said he had to sell the house and giver her half. he paid the house off before they even were married or even got togeather. The judge took her appraisal and used that . The gentleman got two appraisals and their is a big difference. No body will finance him so he can give the money to her and the judge has now decided that if he does not sell the house in 30 days she can have it. He had to move in with his son because he is unable to care for himself what can we do?
