Unlike child support, spousal support is often very difficult (if not impossible) to modify after the divorce is final, so getting it right the first time is a must!
Dont know where to start,but here goes,I live in Ohio and have had child support& spousal support from W.VA.taken from my paycheck for 12yrs;My x has been employed and has rental propertys,The kids are adults and have familys of there own.So to get to the point,belive it or not,the principal owed for child support is $oooo,oo interest owed is $25.977.17.--As for spousal support, principal is $3.573.30 owed.Interest is $23.765.91 Total interest for both $49,743.08 Im 62yrs. old and i have tryed to get help on this but have had no luck doing so.All responces are to get a W.VA. lawyer,I live alone and cant afford a W.VA. lawyer or to travel there to seek help. Anyone with a suggeston would greatly be appreciated.
