Can't find husband....

Hi. I have been trying to get my divorce finalized for 2 years now. The problem is I can not find my X to get him to sign the divorce papers. I had papers served to his last known address & posted in the newspaper like I was told to do; however, the judge still denied my divorce! Any suggestions?
