Makeup time

Is it standard to forfeit visitation if you miss it (either because of work or because she took the kids out of town for an extended trip)? She and her attorney are claiming I am not entitled to makeup missed visitation under any circumstances and have this written into the JPA. I am trying to get this stricken out, but she refuses to sign it without this clause.
