i revisited this thread to see the timing on my atty etc. It took her from march 28 to the 1st week of May to file (she was moving but c'mon)
but my wifes male atty has not returned at least 5 calls from the past 3 weeks. While ive asked mine to have a meeting and bring in all my financial stuff. In theory, if i had asked back in APril, i'm sure we could be much further along.But i thought my wifes atty would toss the first arrow at me...guess he's not interested
maybe this means he will just accept what i offer since he's not interested in dealing with my wife obviously?
