Parent that doesn't want to exercise visitation...

My boyfriend has a 5 year old daughter. Out of the month of June his ex-wife had the little girl for all of 5 nights. He doesn't mind but do you think it's healthy for the little girl to spend so little time with mom? I DO NOT give him advice or opinions on this matter but was curious to what others think. The mom is not necessarily a bad mom. No drugs or anything. She's just making up for lost time she claims. She said she did it alone for the first 5 years because dad worked 7 days a week and now it's her turn.
