I need help changing my divorce jurisdiction/venue. My ex-husband resided in Floirda, while I have residence in Virginia, to appease him and get the divorce over with so I could move on with my life, I agreed to file in Florida.

We have two young children who spend the school year with me and summers with him. Every summer he threatens and tries to intimidate me, telling me that he is going to keep the children down there. I know this would be considered interparental kidnapping, but I constantly worry that he will file a motion there and it will be virtually impossible for me to get down there and plea my case. What I want to do is move the jurisdiction/venue here to Virginia and was wondering how I would go about it? I figure that it shouldn't be a problem, since this is the kids primary residence, but I would rather be sure on the matter... Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
