What does your court order say about child support? He is probably going to have arrears. Typically it is 18 or graduation. Whichever one happens last. In your child's case, graduation happened last.

I would file a contempt of court motion as he is disregarding a court order and ask for a withholding order for the arrears so that it can be automatically garnished from his wages when this goes to court because he's going to be owing child support from January through June at the very least.
