Process during the divorce

Wanted to ask what is the process for divorce in TN? It has been filed and she hasn't answered yet, she is hiding our son even though I have a court order for temporary custody. What happens and whats next? What is the mediation of 4 meetings?

Trying to understand whats going on and what to expect next.
