Divorce Support Forums: Need Some Help

Ok, I need a little help here.

My ex pays me $360.00 a month in child support. He is supposedly "not" working but I know better. His family owns a construction company and I know he has been working for them. I even have a couple of texts on my phone with him saying he had to work and couldn't pick up our son until 6 insead of 5. I have told FOC that I know he's working and they have even asked him if he is. He flat out lies to them! He makes a lot of money working construction and right now he's claiming un-employment. I am barely scraping buy having to pay daycare, rent, bills, groceries, etc all the while he is living RENT free in our house that is now in foreclosure. It looks like he's going to be able to stay in that house at least until late fall. I'm wondering, how do I prove he's working when he's getting paid under the table? Has anyone ever had to deal with this? Any advice would be great!! Thanks:)
