You have a court order defining both of you your rights. That's all it does and the police can't do much with that. What your lawer is getting monday is an order for law enforcment to act on those orders. They are two different things. It's easy to get frustrated with the police because it's hard to understand why they need a order dircting them to act. I'm not sure either what the reason is but that is the way it is.
