Ok... the story goes... Divorced 5 years ago... We have a daughter together who is 8 years old. Joint custody... with Mother having primary physical custody. I am the father. Mother gets arrested on Drug Charges Manufacturing Meth in the home my daughter lived in. I get instaner custody. I have had my daughter 1.5 years with instaner custody. The custody battle keeps getting pushed back. The criminal charges are still pending on the mother. It was sent the Grand Jury... but the Grand Jury still has not endicted her. So the wait continues until either she is endicted or the time limit runs out. Mean while my daughter is very stable and happy with me. She has all A's and perfect attendance in school... things that were not so while with the mother. So the stress over 1.5 years and still 4 months till next court date continues... I worry so much that I will have to send my daughter back to the Meth Lab if the charges dont stick. So I am just writing here for other opinions of my situation... what do you really think? The longer this goes on the better my chances? Or the less if the charges dont stick? Ask any questions you like... please be honest and not just sympathetic. What are my chances?
