My ex has being paying minimal child support for 3 years - he recently inherited a sum on $ and owns his home outright - no mortgage. He is now unemployed and living on his inheritance. I'd like to go back and increase his amount of child support. I work 2 jobs and have a big mortgage and just barely make ends meet each month. Doesn't seem fair that he's cruizing - rarely sees his kids and I'm slaving away. All the calculations seem to be based on income and he can technically show no income (which doesn't help me) but big bucks in the bank and few expenses. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
