Ok first you can only do it if the other party agree's, or no party lives in the same juristiction. Also, where you want the case moved has to accept the case. As you may know most places have backlog and won't take transferred cases. I have done so, but it wasn't easy. Nor am I happy. I dislike what the judges have done here.
