I have got me an attorney for the child support and I am going for it all since my divorce and he has to show the proof not me, also I am going to try to get it fixed so he has to pay for my attorney too. I will see my attorney on Monday and as far as DFCS the police sent the case to them. I have been doing some investigating on my own and found it out. I have done all this in the past 2 weeks. I realized no one was going to help me so I stepped on toes and did it myself with the support of my new husband. I do appreciate the reply, but since the day I posted I have done it all. As far as him seeing the kids I don't want to stop that I am not that way. They love their dad no matter what and I can't see them living without their dad like I did.--not by choice my dad chose not to see me.
