I agree with the other posters. Unfortunately, I do not think you have any rights to "sue" him. All he will do is say that he simply followed what you two discussed and he completed his part of the arrangement. I would speak to him. Ask him why he didn't do what you discussed. Name the things you wanted, remind him of the things you discussed and get some answers. If he's completely dumbfounded at your frustration, maybe he can somehow "fix" his mistakes by contacting your spouse's lawyer and changing some things?
