Is workmans comp. settlements considered as part of the marital income. We were married 3 years and I worked and payed the bills and he also had a job, but he played with his. Now that he has a permant injury and had a large settlement coming he has found a new girlfriend ( he had 3 weeks before I left) he has said that I can have everything and all the bills and the old car he is trying to keep from paying anything. All he wants from the house is his toys and clothes. What (if anything can I do) since I have been the one paying everything and how do you stop it. It seems the only thing that hurts him is his pocket book when he has to pay bills or give someone money. He owes just about everyone money from 30 thousand to his brother to who knows what else
