Well, I they finally set a court date. Oct. 4 . Not as soon as I'd hoped but at least I know.
I don't mean to sound cold, but this was a really bad marriage. I tried to stick it out because I thought it was the right thing to do. When her 30 year old son got drunk and assaulted me with a 12" mag light (messed me up pretty good)and she wouldn't make him move, then I knew it was time to go.
