Help! Is there anyone can answer my questions?

In 2002 my husband was incarcerated for sexual abuse against my daughter. I have been trying to find a way of divorcing him without paying an arm and a leg because I cannot afford what I was quoted and legal aid said they dont help if the spouse is incarcerated. I need to find out how I can divorce him without going broke I am raising my two children from previous marriage and it is very hard as it is supporting them. We have been seperated since 2002.Can someone help? advice?
