getting ready to file in windsor county....

hi everybody.... I really need some advice. My husband was deployed last november 19th. He comes home this Friday and we we be filling for divorce. 2 weeks before he left last year I found out he was unfaithful...again. We dicided when he came home in August for leave that we would split up. I am from Washington state and met him there in 92 when he was stationed there, we then moved out to vt bc this is where he is from. Now I want to go home w/ our 2 kids aged 9 & 12 and he has agreed but I dont trust him. I havent filed yet but I have filled out the papers and have made an appt for a consultation with a lawyer next Tuesday. I wonder if anybody has been in my situation before. Or if you have any advice. I am so terrified. I can imagine him coming home and his family talking him into and then financing going for custody. Thank you for your time, Neacie
