I have had two MI divorces - it is a 50/50 state.
If you two can agree then you'll save in attorney fees - but essentially you can take half of the marital property and half of the marital debt, if she wants house make sure everything is refinanced into her name to release your obligation from the debt and have that stated in the divorce papers as something she must do.
