"do it yourself" divorce

I am doing my own divorce, does anyone know when to file what? I have waited my "90 days" and my husband moved out of state 3 years ago, so I don't need his "concent". I already paid $180 to file the initial paperwork, but they would only file the request at that time, I just wonder if I have to pay that filing fee with every article that needs filed, and once I do file the final paperwork - how long does it take to get the judge to stamp it "granted"?
