Im looking for info regaurding overnight visits. From a few people who myself and my husband have talked to who have dealt with WV custody and visitation, they say that the courts would allow us to have my 3month old step son overnight...he is absolutely wonderful here, enjoys his brother and sister's company, eats, sleeps, and eliminates just fine-does everything a baby needs to do to survive. Are there any set guidelines that would keep this from happening? or is this something that the judge would ultimately have the say over? we have not yet gone to court, trying to get the $ to do so..the baby's mom is not wanting to go to court but she is not working with us to set a consistant visitation schedule and does not want to allow overnight visits. It has been a crazy crazy few months...still trying to get used to having a step son.
