Wow, that has to be hard – his having been w/your mother & now returning to her. I can’t imagine that!
Have you filed against him for child support? Even if he doesn’t have an income they may be able to “impune”(?) what he should be earning if he doesn’t have proof of being unable to work. This should offset any spousal support the court orders you to pay him. I am also in PA & pay my stbx spousal support – he tried to claim disability but had no proof (never goes to the dr, etc). My atty & I argued that he could work & they assigned f/t wages @$6.25/hr so that reduced what I have to pay him (in PA it’s 40% of your net income – but I don’t know what having kids does to those figures).
