I need some help in understanding how I have lost everything, my car, my pre-marital belongings, my current pay and most importantly my children. My soon to be ex-wife has alienated my children, I pay 92 percent of my childrens support, all of the bankruptcy, she has the car, the home, all belongings acquired before and during the marriage and she is not abiding by the visitation orders set forth by the Judge. 98 percent of all of my income going to support my children and soon to be ex. I cannot afford to travel( 1600 miles round trip) when SHE refuses to bring the children to the court ordered meeting point and my attorney tells me I need to comply because I am "Just" the father." How do I enforce the court order? I can't afford to see a Doctor, Get glasses, clothing and such due to the financial situation my soon to be ex has gotten me into. She lied on the Department of CHild SUpport application by stating she only makes 200.00 per month, yet she was and currently is working full time as a Domestic Violence crisis case manager. Then again in court several months ago she stated to the judge she was indeed working full time. She has already gone against court orders on several issues, such as refusing to add our children to her cell phone plan as she promised the Judge she would do at a total cost of an additional 10.00 per month. The same day after court she told me I had to give her 200.00 in cash to get a phone for the kids. I ended up setting them up a plan with a phone for 100.00 and 20.00 per month for the plan. She is refusing to allow the children access to their phone to call me when they would like to. She has told the courts the children sre terrified of me. Thankfully my youngest cant lie and told the Judge his mom had told him to say that. I could go on and on and on.
