Divorce Support Forums: child support

I need help I do not know what to do about my ex-husband. We have been divorced for a couple of years. In the divorce decree it says 25% OR the set amount which ever is greater at one point and time he was paying me 25 % of 300.00 which wasn't much. He has not been giving his divorce decree to his employers and he pays what ever he wants when he decides to pay it. I am afraid to take him to court because of the children. They have been through enough. I have let it go because he will argue with me in front of the children and belittle me too and I don't want my children to see it neither. Also sometime I am afraid to send my children to his house because of the women he dates and lives with because one was brought up on charges from what I was told for child abuse for grabbing my 9 year old. He got them out of the house so I didn't do much about. I still bring it up to him. Also the one who was charged had a car wreck with my 6 year old in the car. He has lived in 10 different houses since our divorce and according to law they stil have to go and sometime I worry about then. What do I do?
