The main factors in custody are supposed to be The best interest of the child.
Who was the Primary care giver? Do you both work full time?
It is easy in divorce to use the kids as weapons on the other. Have you discussed shared parenting options with your ex?
The courts can tend to favor women. Remembed to be fair to everyone and try to settle out of court if at all possible. Good luck!
