Like I said, the deck is stacked in your favor. The affair should have little to no bearing here. Just remember, he is their father and deserves to play a MAJOR role in their lives! They will need their father. I dont know if you have researched shared parenting, but I am sure you have heard the stats on fatherless children. Be fair and everybody wins. Put aside the anger of the divorce and focus on the kids. If you dont one day you will wish you had! Good luck and post on the upper boards and you will get help from everyone!
