Divorce Support Forums: what rights do I have...

My husband has expressed to me that he no longer wants to be in our relationship. We just moved to Texas in June (he is active military) and for the past 3 months, he has been seeing someone off and on. At first it was just a "fling" and he always came home. After awhile, he started staying over night and coming home the next afternoon. We have no kids together, but we do have his two children from a previous relationship living with us. What rights do I have? He wants to move out, we just bought a house together and he is stressed out with all the financial obligations that have come with that. I don't hold a great paying job that I can afford the house on my own, but I also don't want to lose the house. What rights do I have? He is abandoning me, and not even wanting to discuss this. Even through all of this, I still love him and don't want to lose him or our marriage...I need help!!!
