My first attorney got high on coke and ran off with my money, and my second attorney sold out. He waited until the night before our court case to say that he'd decided not to subpoena any witnesses because we had such an airtight case. Then he told me the morning of the hearing that if I didn't give him a check for $1500 he wouldn't go into the courtroom with me. Then he sat close-mouthed without offering any counter-evidence while my wife and her two very expensive attorneys walked all over me. Before that day, at least I had custody. How do I find a decent and affordable attorney who won't stab me in the back a third time?
