Divorce Support Forums: Xwife abusing child medical and insurance %'s

Need info on what can be done or has been done about Xwife taking child to Dr.s and not notifying me before hand of an appointment or any kind of notification period until I get a bill from her in the mail or an insurance carrier notification of benefits used (EOB). Xwife changes family history info for new Dr.s to tailor what she wants the child to be seen for and to get unwarranted expensive services done such as MRI's, different medications, etc. Xwife only sends a partial copy of medical billing only showing the dollar amount due without any explanation for what the medical visit was for or what the Dr.s findings are period. I've visited all of these Dr.s and they all say that my daughter is healthy and fine and suggest ibuprofen for her headaches (example of current/latest Dr visit for which she got an MRI performed which showed nothing and Dr. confirmed). Am in a court case with her at this time for numerous other issues which started when she filed again to get more C/S money. This is what opened the door and brought up all my other issues that need to be addressed to get her to stop being so vendictive toward me and my wife/family and taking advantage of me and draining my pocket down to the lint. Been divorced for over 14yrs and child is now 17yrs old. Xwife remarried over 12yrs ago and is still married to the same person. The majority of the problems started when I got engaged and remarried 3yrs ago.
