If anyone has any thoughts on this I would appreciate it.
I filed for divorce in November 2006, my STBX and I have agreed on all the terms. This Wed he is giving me a check for the settlement, I am doing a quit-claim deed on the house, the cars will be put in owner's name only, agreed on child support, visitation, taxes, pensions, accounts everything. He just won't sign the papers because he doesn't want a divorce. I hate him and always will, nothing is ever going to change, I refused counseling because it was pointless, I want to move on. We have been living apart for a little over 3 months now.
How in the world do I get a divorce without going to trial???
I do not want the expense and I even told him if I took this to trial he is going to have to pay for it. The judge will think he is a fool because we already settled the terms and followed through with them.
